Refund Policy

Purchases made via QR Online Generator (the “Service”), operated by Roadpass Trading (registered in Cyprus), are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated herein or required by applicable law. Please also review our Subscription Terms and our Terms & Conditions.

1. Money-Back Guarantee Rules

In addition to any refund rights provided by law, if you made a purchase directly through our website and a money-back guarantee was presented to you during checkout, you may be eligible for a refund only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• You contact our support team at support@qr-online-generator.com within 30 days of your initial purchase and before your subscription period ends;
• You experienced verified errors or other technical problems while using the product;
• Our team reviews your request and notifies you by email of the approval status.

To qualify for a voluntary refund under this guarantee, all of the above conditions must be fulfilled. The guarantee does NOT apply to: personal reasons (you no longer like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.) or financial reasons (you did not expect to be charged after a trial, were unaware of automatic renewals, or misunderstood that the Service is paid). The date and amount of any trial conversion charge are disclosed on the payment screen before you start a trial, and we send a reminder email before that charge is made.

2. Trial Conversion Charges

The QROG subscription starts with a 7-day trial for a one-time USD 1.95 activation fee. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the plan you selected at checkout (USD 49.90 per month or USD 500 per year) and that amount is charged to your payment method. The exact date and amount of the conversion charge are disclosed on the payment screen before you pay the activation fee, and we send a reminder email before the charge is made. Because the conversion charge follows these disclosed trial terms, it is treated like any other subscription charge under this policy: it is refundable only under the money-back guarantee in Section 1, under Section 4 for EU residents, or where required by applicable law. You can avoid the conversion charge entirely by canceling at any time before the trial ends, as described in our Subscription Terms.

3. General Refund Rules

If you do not meet the conditions above, the fees paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated herein or required by applicable law.

4. Note for EU Residents

EU users have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs. To exercise withdrawal rights, inform us by email (using the email address associated with your account or purchase) before the withdrawal period expires; you may use the model withdrawal form but it is not obligatory. We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from notification, using your original payment method. If you consented to begin performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledged losing your right of withdrawal, you will not be eligible for a refund on already-delivered digital content, only a proportional refund on digital services not yet fully performed (where the service is not defective).
