Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern the QROG subscription for QR Online Generator (qr-online-generator.com), operated by Roadpass Trading, a company registered in Cyprus ("we", "us", "our"). An active subscription is required for the core service: downloading QR codes and keeping dynamic QR code links resolving when scanned. If your subscription ends, your QR codes stop resolving until you subscribe again. By purchasing or maintaining a subscription you agree to these terms, which should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. Trial Period

New subscribers may be offered a 7-day trial. The trial starts when you pay a one-time activation fee of USD 1.95, which is charged to your payment method immediately. During the trial you have full access to the Service. The trial offer is available once per account.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, at the end of the 7-day trial your subscription automatically converts to the plan you selected at checkout — USD 49.90 per month or USD 500 per year — and that amount is automatically debited from your payment method. The exact date and amount of this first automatic charge are shown on the payment screen before you pay the activation fee, and we send you a reminder email before the charge is made.

You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid the conversion charge, either from your dashboard under Billing → Cancel subscription or by emailing support@qr-online-generator.com. If you cancel during the trial, you keep access until the end of the 7-day trial and the subscription price is not charged.

2. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the price of the plan you selected at checkout: USD 49.90 per monthly billing cycle or USD 500 per yearly billing cycle. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically for successive billing cycles until you cancel it in accordance with these terms.

3. Payment

Subscription fees are debited to the payment method you provide upon confirmation of your purchase and again at the start of each renewal period. If a charge fails, we may make one or more retry attempts during a grace period, and access to paid features may be suspended until payment is successfully collected.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any other amounts due to your selected payment method.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing cycle (or, if you cancel during a trial, through the end of the trial), and your subscription will not renew or convert for the following cycle. When your access ends, your QR codes stop resolving until you subscribe again. Except where required by law or under our Refund Policy, we do not provide partial-period refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle.

You can cancel in either of the following ways:

  • In your dashboard, go to Billing → Cancel subscription, which opens the secure billing portal where you can manage and cancel your plan.
  • Contact our support team at support@qr-online-generator.com.

5. Fee Modifications

We may alter subscription fees at any time. We will give reasonable prior notice of any pricing modifications by publishing updated prices in the app and/or sending an email notification. Any changes to fees will apply from the start of the next billing cycle after the notice. If you do not agree to a fee change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

6. Refunds

Purchases made through our website are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless a refund is required by applicable law or is available under our Refund Policy. If you purchased your subscription through a third-party platform (for example, an app store or reseller), that platform's refund rules apply to your purchase, and you should request any refund through that platform.

7. Service Availability

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and operating correctly. However, the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Service is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

8. EU/EEA Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of your subscription contract. Where a refund is due, eligible refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Please note that statutory exceptions may apply, including where you have requested that the Service begin during the withdrawal period. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
